1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Khanzada Stock Supplies. By accessing our website, browsing our collection, or placing an order for our watches (Men’s, Women’s, Couple, Luxury, or Custom), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.
2. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our”: Refers to Khanzada Stock Supplies, registered in Islamabad, Pakistan.
“You”, “Customer”: Refers to the user of the website or the buyer of goods.
“Products”: Refers to all items listed for sale, including watches and accessories.
“Order”: A request placed by you to purchase products from us.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
Order Placement: By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
Acceptance: A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email or SMS that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.
Right to Reject: We reserve the right to reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems.
4. Pricing & Payment
Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods: We accept [Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, Credit/Debit Cards].
Price Errors: While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
5. Product Information & Availability
Descriptions: We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Visual Accuracy: Please note that colors and textures of watches may vary slightly depending on your monitor or screen settings.
Custom Orders: For custom premium watches, slight variations in design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the customization.
Availability: All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Policy: Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on shipping costs and methods.
Estimates: Delivery times provided (e.g., [3-5] business days) are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Khanzada Stock Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, strikes).
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier (courier service).
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Policy: Our returns process is governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags and protective stickers intact.
Timelines: You must initiate a return request within 7 of receiving your order.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
8. Warranty & Repairs
Manufacturer Warranty: Certain premium or branded watches may come with a manufacturer’s warranty card. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions set by the specific manufacturer.
Store Warranty: Unless explicitly stated, Khanzada Stock Supplies provides a 2 Months movement warranty on specific models.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover water damage (unless the watch is rated diver-spec), broken glass, battery life, normal wear and tear to straps/bracelets, or damage caused by misuse/accidents.
9. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Khanzada Stock Supplies or its content suppliers. You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of this site but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it without our express written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khanzada Stock Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khanzada Stock Supplies, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of the Terms of Service.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

18. Miscellaneous
