Based in Islamabad, we provide secure, insured, and tracked shipping across Pakistan and to select international destinations. Every order is meticulously packaged to ensure your premium, luxury, or custom watch arrives in pristine condition.

1. Order Processing Time
We strive to get your watch on your wrist as soon as possible.
Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Premium Custom Watches: Due to the bespoke nature of these items, please allow 7–14 business days for assembly, rigorous quality testing, and dispatch.
Cutoff Time: Orders placed after [00:00 PM] PKT will be processed the following business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
We proudly ship to all major cities and remote areas across Pakistan using trusted courier partners (e.g., TCS, Leopards, Trax).
Metro Areas (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar): 2–4 business days.
Remote / Rural Areas: 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to PKR 20,000. For orders exceeding this amount, a partial advance payment may be required.
3. International Shipping
We bring Khanzada style to the world.
Destinations: We ship to most countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a quote.
Delivery Estimates: Typically 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Carriers: We use DHL/FedEx for secure international transit.
4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.
Standard Domestic Shipping: Depending On Network.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over PKRÂ 2500/-.
5. Secure Packaging & Protection
Your watch is a valuable investment. We treat it that way.
Packaging: All watches are shipped in durable, tamper-evident packaging with protective padding and our signature Khanzada brand box.
Insurance: All shipments are fully insured during transit.
6. Signature & ID Verification (High-Value Items)
To ensure the security of our Luxury and Premium Custom collections:
Signature Required: Orders valued over PKR [Amount] require a signature upon delivery.
ID Check: The courier may request a valid CNIC or ID to verify the recipient matches the shipping details. We will not leave high-value packages unattended at a doorstep.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking Number.
How to Track: Click the link in your email or visit our [Track Your Order] page.
Updates: Tracking status may take up to 12 hours to update after the courier collects the parcel.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Damaged on Arrival: If your package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Contact us immediately. If you open it and find damage, send photos to our support team within 24 hours.
Lost in Transit: If the tracking shows no movement for 7 days, please contact us so we can file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
9. International Customs & Duties
For international orders, please note:
Buyer Responsibility: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
10. Same-Day Delivery (Islamabad & Rawalpindi)
Need it tonight? We offer express delivery for local customers.
Eligibility: Orders placed before [00:00 PM] within Islamabad/Rawalpindi city limits.
Cost: Flat rate of PKR 250/_.
11. Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or change your shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order or before you receive a “Dispatched” notification—whichever comes first. Once an order has left our Islamabad facility, we cannot reroute it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have it.
A: Please check with family members or neighbors first. If it is still missing, contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
Q: Can I open the parcel before paying (for COD)?
A: Most courier services in Pakistan do not allow opening the parcel before payment. However, we offer a hassle-free return policy if the item is incorrect or defective.
Q: Do you ship on weekends?
A: Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday.
